This is not a medical journal, rather, The Conscious Gut is about making compassionate connections with the gut to promote awareness and acceptance. Taking a whole-body view, the author welcomes the reader to join her in thoughtful explorations that are intended to empower and embolden those who often feel hopeless and helpless in living with digestive problems.
